*Due to being handmade, each candle will be unique and slight imperfections may be present, such as air bubbles and/or color variations, and by nature white marks known as “frosting” which is a natural effect of all natural soy wax blend wax.

Care Instructions

  • Let your candle cure for 14 days before lighting
  • Remember the purpose of these candles are for decor, if you wish to light them use a base to avoid any damage to the furniture.
  • Always trim the used wick before lighting and keep it a 5 mm, this will prolong the candle burn time & achieve and even melting.
  • Keep them at room temperature, too hot can melt them and too cold can cause cracks
  • Avoid sun rays for log periods of time. this can cause sweating
  • Burn them 2 hours at a time to avoid wax overheating. this also helps the burn quality.

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and unopened products for a full refund or exchange. Simply contact us to initiate a return and we'll provide you with all the necessary information.

Please note that shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is a result of our error. In that case, we'll cover the shipping costs.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been used.
